At the end of our Sunday Gathering this week, I stood up and said, “No matter what happens on Tuesday, we will be right back here next Sunday talking about how to love like Jesus.”
I would be lying if I said this is how I wanted the election to go, and I’d be lying if I pretended like I’m fine right now. I’m worried about what this is going to mean for people I love and communities I help lead. I’m already hearing from folks in person and online, and almost all of them are asking some version of the same question: Where do we go from here?
I don’t have all the answers, but I have two ideas:
